All HAIR must be in its natural state meaning no cutting, label must be still on product, no dye, and chemicals. You can exchange hair, but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You can exchange within 5 days from original purchase no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES. CLOTHING orders are eligible for full online credit or exchanges for online product if returned within 5 days of receipt of order, and meets all requirements stated on the return sheet sent with your package. Returns take UP TO FIVE business days to process. Clothing must not have been worn and tags still attached. Sale, discounted, and special-order items are FINAL SALE.

ATTENTION!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery. All orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship on any Holidays. Orders are processed and handled within 7-10 business days of receipt and in some cases may take up to 14 days to process, handle and ship. All shipping fees will be $15 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well. Please note that some items may be PRE- ORDER and will NOT ship until the date specified. Once orders are received, on average shipping is 7-10 business days, depending upon your location. Once the order has been processed and handled, you will receive an email with the tracking number. (USPS, FEDEX, or UPS).

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas BELLISSIMO FANTASY shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
PLEASE NOTE: BELLISSIMO FANTASY is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to BELLISSIMO FANTASY. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
